I have this vivid memory of my big brother Ben (also known as @boringfriends) hunched over his bedroom desk as a kid, doodling (mostly Simpsons characters, lol) for hourssss and hours.
He was a few years older than me, and naturally I was SO jealous of his skills that I may have… borrowed… his prized “how to draw” books when he wasn’t looking.
(Don’t tell him. Still not ready to confess to that theft 😅)
Fast forward to today, that same big brother (who is now heckin' famous for those doodling skills!) just published his first colouring book!!!
In his words: “It’s a coloring book for weirdos full of optimistic-ish art that you can colour in and detach and put up wherever ya wanna!”
Which… honestly sounds exactly like something he’d create.
Anyway, he also made us our very own custom Happy Ever Crafters colouring page, because he just loves his sister sooooooooo much! (But actually just because he knew you guys might like it, and might also like his book. Let's be honest 😂.)
Sometimes the best part about having a creative family is getting to watch each other’s weird little talents grow into something amazing. Today’s one of those days. Another "don't tell him", but I'm pretty proud of him! 😊
This week I’ve been playing with mod podge! What a throwback to my childhood!
I’m in charge of the craft portion of a girls night this weekend (of course I am), so I’ve been playing around with this in preparation. And I don’t wanna show you the outcome, because you’ll see it in next week’s YouTube video! Stay tuned!
